BIG OIL CO. NOT REQUIRED TO ABIDE BY LAWS OR THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
TERRORISM IN USA
This is what CONOCO/PHILLIPS did to me and my family business:
The following pictures and documents tell my story of how big oil and the Oklahoma Politicians conspired to collect illegally on a government fund referred to as the indemnity fund; This is the fund which all states charge one cent per gallon for every gallon of fuel purchased in the United States, they say its for clean up of contaminated property. This is a separate fund beside the Fed. and State Tax of almost 40 cents per gallon that every American pays every time you go to your neighborhood Convenience Store and fill your tank. The guy behind the counter makes minimum wage. The station operator is lucky if he can make a nickel per gallon, the government makes an unbelievable profit. Just think if this money could be returned to the working man instead of being used for the lining of politician’s pockets.
Now that I have that off my chest! I would like for you to read my story and send me any comments you may have.
I started out at the age of sixteen years old working with my Grandfather and Father in the service station and delivering propane to rural farms. My grandfather started the business with one gas station and a lot of desire. I watched them work many 12 hour days and barely made ends meet. The only money I made was from fixing flat tires, but that was ok because I was young and I considered it a privilege to work with my Grandfather. At the age of 25 I married a great girl and had two beautiful children. This inspired me to work as hard as I could to provide the very best for them. I have been in this business for 30 years & I am now 52 years of age and because of this indemnity fund fraud, my son and daughter are no longer have a family business. It is impossible to build a business that could support all of us. It took my Grandfather and my Father 60 years to build what we had. I might also mention that during all of this stress caused by big oil and government my Father died and less than one year my Mother also passed away now they will not be here to see and enjoy their grand children. My Father and Mother were only in their sixties. Talk about TERRIORISIM IN AMERICA! I just could not believe what was happening to my family. IF you will notice my bank statements from BANK of AMERICA (see below) how the influence of big oil and gov.can destroy your life financially, Of course this was not the only fraud ,they also got into my wife’s Southwestern Bell call notes on our phone and called every number in her call log including family and friends and said horrible things to them. We turned this in to every government and law enforcement agency in Oklahoma. Even the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE refused to get involved in any of it. They said that I was “deceived.” Deceiving & tricking? This wasn’t a “card game”. This was clearly white collar crime committed. The two lawyers were actually my adversaries for their own gain. I have also had CREDIT CARDS STOLEN from my bank account done by CORRUPT BANKERS. I was billed for fuel that was never delivered by illegal FUEL HAULING COMPANIES in Oklahoma. (See example below). These people have also gone as far as to steal my only form of retirement from an EDWARD JONES IRA account.

How could this fraud & crime happen in the U. S. A. Heartland to a family who celebrated their wedding 30yrs ago with a red, white, & blue Bicentennial wedding.? A family who deeply believed in the Constitution, right and wrong and obeyed the laws of the land. Following 10 yrs of working hard to pay a loan off on their original store, Conoco needed it so they took it in 1990. The husband & father of two children , then worked for the original family business, that his Grand father started 58 yrs ago, thinking one day he would be reimbursed for his original store. Suddenly & quite abruptly, fourteen people died too soon. “- One man @ the top who has a lot to loose- quote from a Conoco employee over the Northern Region for Conoco. He died also,-too young.”Following the sudden deaths of their parents, lawyers split the company and gave the Waverly store and the original store (already paid for by him 10 yrs ago) back to him. Then, they not only stole his only way to provide a living, but stole his Inheritance.”
Home-gone. Health-gone. Family-gone. Friends-gone. Health-care-gone. Support-gone. Life insurance-gone. Life as we knew it-gone Inheritance-gone. Legal-Support-gone. ”Police- support-gone Banking System-gone. Check writing ability-gone. Civil rights-gone. -Death Threats-Tampering of Telephones-Our medical professionals were told from higher powers that be ,”-”-I-da-ho.Idaho-(hope you are not familiar with what THEY can do to family members who go to the hospital & never make it out are OR are in far worse condition then when they entered. But it honestly happens as medical professionals are given orders & are told that on this patient,YOU, the medical professional become “the whore”the military confirms this rarely but can happen if the govt/big oil co needs it to happen.) Threats--Wife who is licensed by state of Oklahoma as a
L icensed Professional disabled by malpractice –mess up on purpose- femur bone appliances surgically inserted incorrectly. Wife given a –Cocktail of medications.
Why wasn’t this family killed, yet? Because their signature is needed on the federal Indemnity fund. They refused to sign. When Oklahoma’s DEQ, tells a big oil co to flush their refinery & it flows all over & behind a thriving family business, then with absolutely no compensation to the owners of the business, attempts to fraudulently allow officials to collect on the Indemnity Fund ILLEGALLY, then this IS fraud. We just want to be compensated for the loss of our business, (inheritance, retirement) so we can continue to provide a living for our family.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO if THIS HAPPENED TO YOU & NO ONE RESPONDED?
This family has documented proof of everything. We are still seeking competent legal advice in the state of Oklahoma.
Please, realize, this could happen to even, YOU. ”Wake Up America & please realize the truth of what is really happening to our country.”
Recently 92% of all Americans were against our Supreme Court’s decision to grant Eminent Domain. What happened to us is FAR worse than Eminent Domain. In Eminent Domain, the land owner is PAID for their loss. We were threatened with death threats, coerced & forced out with no food, no shampoo, no health care for our family & GRANDCHILDREN. No way to provide a living—just OUT like the Late Governor E. W. Marland’s wife, Lyde.
Currently, following obvious duress, a Conoco jobber’s name is on the property that I inherited through the Kay County Court.
